People who would like to get involved with Mosaic Commons, but aren't yet ready to purchase a unit, or income-qualified members who have or plan to purchase a 40B home, have the option to join the group as an Associate.

Associates are actively involved in the process of building our community, and participate in consensus decision making (but without a blocking card).

Associates who qualify for 40b pay $20 monthly per household. All other Associates contribute an initial $50 and then monthly dues of $30 for the first, $20 for the second, and $15 for each additional participant from the household. These fees help pay for our meetings and other community costs.

To become an Associate, your mentor can help you:

3. Join as an associate

Let your mentor know you'd like to join, and contribute your $50 joining fee (waived for 40B members)
