When a Mosaic member has a conflict, or wishes to discuss a sensitive topic, with one of our hired professionals, the member shall first talk with the Mosaic or Sawyer Hill liaison for that professional before contacting the professional directly. This will help prevent misunderstandings and protect our professional relationships. The liaison and/or the Mosaic member may involve the Community Support Team at their discretion. Conflicts and issues arising in group meetings with professionals will continue to be managed by the Facilitators.
