Mosaic Commons has no policy on clothing or nudity other than that which is specifically referenced below.
Adults should be clothed in all common spaces and in front of units, except in specifically designated areas, such as a common hot tub. Such areas will have an agreed upon "clothing required"/"clothing optional schedule". If the site plan includes private areas behind units, they will not be considered common space for purposes of this policy.
Pre-pubescent children should be
clothed in indoor common areas, such as the Common House.
