Equity Members are required to reach the 5% minimum down payment towards their unit (see 5% column above). To help people get there, we've implemented a system where you put in $1,500 and commit to monthly payments (see Monthly Payment column above) until you reach the 5% mark (about one year). Please see our "How to Get Involved" document for more details on membership.
