When an Associate or Equity Member determines that we need to come to consensus on a time-critical issue between general meetings (e.g., We need to decide on travel arrangements that will be more expensive if left until the next meeting, or whether to take advantage of an advertising opportunity with a deadline before the next meeting), the following process will be used.

 

At least 75% of the individual Associates and Equity Members much be reached and agree in order for the consensus to be achieved.
