- Meeting minutes approval postponed
- Reminder to reread Chris's book, especially the finance chapter.
- Adam tried to talk to a few editors about publicity, no response.
- Adam will work with Donna from Hopkinton group to contact other families
- 8:30am Saturday at Parmenter: Adam will get breakfast including wheat-free stuff (enough wheat free stuff for both days, please!)
- 9:00am Sunday, Cat & Dave will get breakfast,
- Cat will generate Saturday afternoon agenda
- Need someone from the list to volunteer to handle the reception after the orientation
- Tuesday night at 6:00 at homeport wrap-up, homeport doing food
- Babysitting: Zoe - talked a bit, expecting a call from Andey. Adam will check with his daughter, everyone encouraged to be creative and suggest people.
- Steph volunteered to put together a map of our search area for this weekend.
- Vermont cohousing group asked to borrow material from our site, group did not object providing they reference us.
- Cat to confirm the 9/24 date for orientation with First Connections and get info to Andey asap to send to newspapers
- Dwight & Steph will bring a magazine for us to look at for potential advertising
- Cat will look into Family Tree as a potential publicity target.
