• Cat will call the developer that John Abrams has recommended
• Rosa will research a voicemail box for the group.
• Joyce will assist Rosa with voicemail item
• Steph will call Chris Whelan re: town properties (look up notes from Chris' November visit regarding who he talked to in Concord.)
• ALL will check on the status of the PRD laws in Concord and Acton

Steph - Phone contacts (including contacting the person/people who will vette properties with us) (Dwight is secondary)

San and Cat - Oversee Progress

When we find a property in our search area:

1. Ensure the listing is in our search area
   *· Contact realtor
   *And/or retrieve address on the internet
2. One person drives to the property to look at
   *Fill out the checklist (see ch.5, p. 76)
3. Entire group looks at the property
4. Talk to Kevin Hurley or contact property owner.
   · Can we vette the property before we contact the owner? Before the sign and put $ down?
5. Move forward with offer

We helped Dave write a template to fax to realtors.
Discussed the checklist from p.76 in the book

3. Voting
Discussed and created a new policy for voting/consensus decisions. Kai has the document and will post to the yahoogroups list.
