Groundbreaking

On May 20, Mosaic Commons and Camelot Cohousing held a ground-breaking ceremony. The chill and drizzle did not dampen our enthusiasm one bit -- check out the pictures here:

Construction

Since then construction has been proceeding steadily. There are no buildings yet (other than trailers) but much of the grading is done, pipe work laid and water retention ponds built. We are hoping to start building foundations this fall, and we're still on target for completion next fall.

Home Sales - The Final Stretch

We are hoping to (pre)sell ALL homes this fall. Currently we still have the following market rate unit types available:

1 bedroom flats: 2 available
2 bedroom townhouses: 5 available
3 bedroom townhouses: sold out/waiting list
4 bedroom townhouses: 3 available

Affordable Housing

In addition to the market rate units, we also have several homes available (1, 2 and 3 bedrooms) at subsidized rates under the state's 40B program for those who qualify.

Marketing

We are actively trying to sell our last homes. We are attending events, posting flyers and placing ads in local and regional newspapers. Have you seen us or heard of us? Let us know where! Know somewhere we *ought* to be? Let us know that too! And we always need your help with our very best source of new neighbors -- word of mouth. Tell your friends, relatives, co-workers, neighbors or even strangers on the street to come check us out.
