Treasurer: Diana

Purpose & Responsibilities:

The Treasurer is the big-picture financial caretaker for the group:

• Officer of the LLC, responsible for keeping overall financial health of group in mind
• Take the lead in communicating financial matters to the group
• responsible for making sure financial obligations are met in a timely fashion (keep an eye on bookeeper)
• act as back-up check writer when needed
• responsible for making sure LLC’s tax return is filed, and any other LLC-related financial documents are taken care of
