Households contributing to the first $15,000 received a 100% reward. Households contributing to the next $35,000 received a 50% reward.
The reward is given by reducing the unit cost at the time of purchase.

Examples:

• Your unit cost is $200,000. You contributed $2,500 before the first $15,000 was raised. Your unit cost is reduced by $2,500 to $197,500.
• Your unit cost is $200,000. You contributed $2,000 during the second stage of the rewards. Your unit cost is reduced by $1,000 to $199,000.
