The GPS address for Mosaic Commons / Sawyer Hill EcoVillage is 46 Sawyer Hill Road (some mapping services believe "Sawyerhill" is one word, so try it both ways), Berlin, MA. We have site tours every Sunday at around 12:30, and our model home is staffed on Sundays until dark.

From the Pike, or from the south:

• Take I-495N to exit 25b, I-290W
• From I-290W, Take exit 25B for the Solomon Pond Mall
• Go straight past the turnoff for the mall on your right
• At the traffic circle, go "straight" -- take the second exit onto South Street
• (Bear right onto Pleasant Street)
• At the cemetery, turn right onto Sawyer Hill Road
• Just after the greenhouses, you'll see an Emergency Access Only sign on your left. Turn in to the NEXT driveway, marked Village Lane
• Follow the signs from there!

From the north:

• Take I-495S to exit 26 for Berlin
• Turn left onto Route 62
• In half a mile, turn left onto Sawyer Hill Road
• Go up and over the hill, about a mile and a half
• Turn onto Village Lane on your right
• Follow the signs from there!
